The personal data collected during your visit to the website are processed under the positive regulations of the Republic of North Macedonia. The data related to your debit/credit card or your bank account are sent directly to the bank via an encrypted link. Challenge neither collects nor has access to the information related to your card or your bank account.

Use and transfer of personal data

We will use your personal data only for the websites’ technical administration and to satisfy your needs and wishes. Your personal information shall be used to communicate with you regarding teaching in Challenge and processing and direct marketing solely based on your express consent and only to the extent necessary for each individual case. No data will get transferred to state bodies, except in cases determined by law. All our employees are obliged to keep and treat your data as confidential information. At your written request, Challenge will grant you insight into all your personal data at our disposal (name, address, etc.).
